Boundary Lofts

Not rating or reviewing! I have been calling the number on the website for the past two weeks (different times of course), but no one is answering. I have also submitted an application online but got no response at all. I recently moved from Canada to Cranberry and I have been trying to get a 1 bedroom apartment to rent. I have even tried going to Boundary Lofts in-person, but couldn’t find the office. Could the leasing agent or the landlord please get back to me? The application I sent has my name on it, the same name on my “review”. Thanks

What an amazing find! We needed an apartment within the Cranberry area and there is just NONE as NICE for the price you pay as here, trust me we’ve looked. We found this place two weeks ago, they’re already about 50% filled and the unit we got was brand spanking new with no one has ever lived in it! We loved that about this place. It is NEW, it is affordable (if you get qualified for the lessor rent), and the unit is perfectly sized and equipped. The apartments unit themselves can easily rivals against the nearby expensive “luxury apartments” Ascent 430, The Pendleton, or Haven at Cranberry Woods. The admin team upfront, both Melissa and David were accommodating, helpful and resourceful with our application process to get us in. Melissa had us approved for lower rent within 24 hours! I am

Beautiful interior apartments, but paper thin walls making it easy to hear conversations, and I’m getting used to living a quiet lifestyle. My daughters are upset that the playground hasn’t been finished yet, but I keep telling them to be grateful for what you have. Overall, we love living here!

You can't beat the location for the price. Yes, it's a bit noisy with thin walls, but the front office is great and the units themselves are decent. Happy that Boundary is available.

Zero stars if I could. No office staff for nearly three months, and the person in charge, Melissa, is lucky to be seen half a day every 2–3 weeks. She leaves the work phone on-site to avoid responsibilities, and 18 years of experience hasn’t improved anything. Corporate didn’t answer my complaint. This property is mismanaged at every level—avoid it.
