Boulos Corporation

Today I searched the Leon County Property Appraiser Office for the individuals that filed recent great reviews for Boulos Corp. None of them appear to own a property in a Boulos development. They are: Mecario Ferrari, Dale Hardir, Katoria Westbrook, Ray Broward, Brenda Nova, Marwan Salameh, Layla Bowyer. I lived out off March Rd for 10 yrs. The project Boulos clearcut to build is ugly and made me want to move away. The landscaping is twigs he calls trees, half dead shrubs with no imagination. It's very sad that a forest with oaks and teeming with birds was wiped off this earth by Boulos and replaced with such visual bleakness. My wife and I have experienced Boulos construction results firsthand and note that their attention to detail and quality is suburb. We entered into a contract nearly 2 years ago for a home in Tower Gates. Never got answers to our inquiries regarding progress. Did hear from them when they wanted nearly 25k more, we had less than a week to decide; we did NOT have a cost escalation in our contract. It took us a very short time to decide this builder will never do things well, or fairly - and terminated. Yesterday we drove through this development AND IT IS A NIGHTMARE. Ugly. Unfinished. Homes perched on top of fill and the rest of the lot slopes nearly straight downward. Unless you’re on the other side of the street….. where it’s not hard to imagine the runoff from those homes greeting you inside your flooded home….. I cannot stress enough that this place is a bad investment. It already looks like a slum. BUY ELSEWHERE

My previous review was reported by Boulos and there was legal action threatened against us for posting it by their real estate agent Coldwell Banker Hartung. I am attempting to repost it now because I will not be silenced. Here's our story of how Boulos turned building our American Dream into a nightmare. If you’re looking for a company that won’t honor its contract and force you to move on, then Boulos is the company for you! We executed a contract for our new build house with Boulos in the beginning of October. By the end of October, the county approved the permit. Come the end of January, there has still been no work completed on our empty lot. The first contact we receive from Boulos this entire time is to demand $24,000 to start construction on our house due to “supply chain issues
