Moving can be a headache, but the team at Boulevard West made it an incredibly positive experience. I want to give a huge shout-out to JoAnne for her exceptional help. From the first tour to the final lease signing, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain every detail and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. The property itself is great, but having someone like JoAnne in the office makes a world of difference when you’re looking for a new home. If you are looking in the Greenville area, go see her!

I’m currently relocating from New York to Greenville, North Carolina, and after dealing with many different leasing offices (and having some pretty terrible experiences), this leasing office was truly a breath of fresh air. Everyone was nothing short of amazing—especially Jo Ann and Nicole. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They walked me through everything I needed, answered all of my questions, and were responsive every single day. Communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, which made a long-distance move so much less stressful. The apartments themselves are newly renovated, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. The office staff is very friendly and understanding. They make u feel a part of a community that cares with community events and reaching out to let their tenants know of any changes or updates also the maintenance staff are on point with requests and same day fix's. The grounds are very neat and clean cut...I highly recommend Boulevard West

The initial application process was smooth with the help of the staff, who are so friendly and always willing to help when I have questions! The maintenance team is also speedy and attentive when I put in a request, usually same day fixes from when I place my maintenance ticket!! I’m very happy to be living here and recommend the complex to other students and Greenville city dwellers!

The recent undergo renovation and the upgrade appliances are amazing! The Staff are also efficient and helpful during the moving process making the transition process easy!!
