Boulevard North Townhomes

I was in search for a home for me and my children. When I came across Boulevard Townhome I knew I had to check it out. From the very first phone call with Nicole to the meet and greet with her, I was instantly intrigue by her professionalism and warm personality. After the view of the potential home I was excited and ready to sign on the dotted line. As soon as she opened the door my heart warmed up with excitement and I knew this is the place for me. Nicole made me feel welcomed and once everything got approved she was in constant communication with me and providing updates on when we could move in. I am very grateful for Nicole and Boulevard Townhome and the maintenance crew for making my first day in my new home a success. I thank God for Nicole and crew. You are all amazing in my book.

One of the reasons I moved was of a break in. I went to work and within 30 min. of my departure, my apartment was broken in to. The door was kicked in, my valuables were stolen...since my mom lived nearby I was able to contact her for assistance to housesit but, It was definitely an inside job. No security on the premises. It turned out after talking with police, there were several break ins on that day.

I have been applying for places for a few weeks and I just wanted to comment on how professional Nicole was. From the start of my application process all the way down to the end, she was thorough, professional, efficient, and I have never had this type of attention and patience with other people. She called me not even 2 hours after I called and left a voicemail, and followed up via email almost instantly. I have not had this luck and response with others. She deserves her flowers. This complex is blessed to have her as a property manager!

Nicole is the site manager. She is welcoming and makes sure problems are communicated and solved. The office has seasonal decorations :-) Juan is the maintenance supervisor. Cris is maintenance staff. As an older single woman, I feel very comfortable when they come to make repairs or came to answer questions about anything related to maintaining and understanding how things work. They have been quick to explain and solve problems. They clean up after repairs. My neighbors are friendly but not nosey. I trust my neighbors. Sounds and smells may travel between apartments depending on lifestyles. Overall, it is worth taking a look if you are considering moving to NW Indiana

I just want to say that staying here has been nothing but a pleasure. Nicole has been an awesome property manger. Maintenance was always readily available. The neighborhood was quiet. We never had any problems and we felt safe. My fiancé and I lived here for 4 yrs before making the decision to move only due to needing a bigger space. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to live just mins for 80/94. The location is close by every store you can possibly need. The townhouse also has a gym with a nice amount of equipment to use.Thank you to Nicole again for making our stay here a pleasant one.
