Boulevard at West River

Hello beautiful community I’m a new move in tenant as of August 23rd, 2024 and I just want to shout out the wonderful people who helped and went above and beyond to get me and my family into our gorgeous unit after such a long process. Marco and Maria and Lorena have showed nothing but compassion and empathy towards my family. I’m enjoying my luxurious space, the view is amazing from my balcony.

I waited a very long time on the waitlist and this is what I got! The property is horribly managed, I’m afraid to live even live here, this would be the perfect place to live the apartments are beautiful but there are people that just can’t be thankful to have a nice new place place to live with they are running it down!

The rent office is very rude. If you need assistance its better to call your caseworker at tampa housing or a community family advisor. The rent office will report you for asking simple questions. I love my apartment because it is helping my family to become self sufficient, we have a project base voucher so comply with your workers and stay far away from the management rent office

I absolutely love my apartment. When I first moved in I was so pleased and blown away at the quality of everything. The building was brand new and everyone was moving in. The reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because a month after my move in I have experienced kids who run RAPID, people with VERY large dogs unleashed, guest and tenants who throw trash any and EVERY where, people breaking the secured doors and hanging out in the lobby. I have seen people in the morning come to clean up but by the evening its like it never happened. I believe if the property managers were more strict or even have security it would be better. The property is beautiful and the staff was BEYOND helpful with helping me get moved in. I love my new home I just wish things become a little more strict for tho
