Fantastic Community and Wonderful Staff! I recently moved out of this apartment complex after living here for two years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and a great place to live. The office staff, Alicia and Gabrielle, were always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were happy and taken care of — from smooth move-in and renewal processes to a smooth move-out and thoughtful communication throughout my stay. It was an amazing experience living at BLVD45, not just for the so well maintained community and very spacious and modern apartments and facilities, but also because of their leasing office staff! Alicia and Gabrielle were super helpful and patient during the whole process answering questions in a timely and professional manner. If you are looking for a great place to live BLVD45 is definitely the right choice.

I lived at BLVD45 for two years and always paid rent on time, kept the apartment in good condition, and followed all the rules. When I moved out, my roommate and I were disappointed to find that a significant portion of our security deposit was withheld for “cleaning, painting, and drywall repair fees.” The apartment was left very clean and well-maintained, with only various small nail holes from hanging pictures — normal wear and tear after two years. They quoted a baseline fee of $45 for normal carpet cleaning services in our move-out expectations and we ended up being charged $110 through BLVD45’s hired cleaning service. We did not have any kids or pets and our carpets were in good shape as 2 years prior. It feels unfair and excessive to be charged such high fees despite being a respons

I have lived at Boulevard 45 since 2023. This is the best community I have ever lived in. My apartment is beautiful and the management team, Gabrielle and Alicia are the truly amazing. I have to give a huge shoutout to the property manager Gabrielle. I have lived at two communities she has managed. She is a true boss lady and goes above and beyond for her residents. Anytime I need anything I know she will take care of me!
