Boulder Creek

We have been living at Boulder Creek for a little less than six months, and our experience has been absolutely wonderful! From day one, we felt welcomed, valued, and cared for. The management team, Shae and Alex, truly go above and beyond for their residents. They are not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly kind and genuine people who clearly love what they do. Every time we’ve had a question, Shae and Alex were right there to help — always patient, responsive, and proactive. They handle everything with such care and attention to detail that it really makes a difference in daily life. You can tell they take great pride in keeping the community running smoothly and making sure everyone feels comfortable and happy. The property itself is always clean, quiet, and well maint

My partner and I have only been here for about 6 months but we like it here! Our apartment is so spacious compared to our last one, we didn't have any storage, and the price is worth it! Shae has made living here such a breeze. Shae, Der, and Alex are the only management we've interacted with but they have helped us whenever we needed anything, including our AC breaking down a couple months ago. They got a vendor to come look at it the next day! I'm usually skeptical of negative/1 star reviews but we have not witnessed anything that prompted those reviews at all. Our dog Peri also loves coming to the office for a little treat as well!!

Bolder Creek apartment is an amazing place because it is quiet and peaceful and clean and very secure apartment. Property managers Alex and shae are very responsible when it comes problems. Highly recommend to move to Bolder creek.

If I ever have to move back to Fresno, I would choose Boulder Creek again (of course Shae and Nick are a big reason). They are what every apartment manager should be. Aside from being managers here, they’re overall just really nice people. This complex had everything we needed and never felt unsafe. Parking is a bit rough if you have more than one car but that’s one “bad” thing compared to a dozen great ones. Also for anyone who is interested in this complex, they have community events like pie days and wine days. It’s super fun to be a part of ! Maybe we’ll be back in a few years, we’ll see 🤭

My roommate's and I moved into this apartment complex as first time renters and our experience was absolutely amazing! Nick and Shae are the most supportive and efficient property managers. Every time we needed help or a quick repair they were always a call away! We had to move into a rental house for extra space but otherwise we would have wanted to stay for years! Absolutely the best experience I have ever had and I would recommend this apartment to anyone! I am looking to come back in the future as soon as possible!
