We had the opportunity to work with Dylan on the other side of a land transaction, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even though this review is being left under Boulder Contracting LLC, Dylan’s professionalism really stood out throughout the real estate side of the deal as well. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made the transaction smooth and efficient for everyone involved. As someone who clearly understands both construction and real estate, Dylan brought a practical, solutions-oriented approach that was appreciated on all sides. I would gladly work with him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who also truly understands the real estate process.

Brian listens, is patient and kind, good communicator, wonderful to work with, has a great team of subcontractors each of whom did excellent work, and gets the job done in a timely manner. My wife and I built our new home in 2021 with Boulder Contacting. I can't say enough good things about the owner Brian and his two key employees Dillon and Josh. Building a new home is a large undertaking, but Boulder was beyond anything we could imagine. Brian was very responsive to any of our questions during the build. He helped us navigate the many issues that we had to deal with regarding Covid supply chain problems. Everything that Boulder told us would happen, actually did happen. Any follow up questions we had, one of the three guys would respond to us or just stop by our house and talk to us. The home itself is beautiful but where Boulder really stood out was the amount of care and support they provided AFTER our closing.
