I would rather say ,bad apartments, they are infested with roaches, or alot of spiders. Instead of having the apt in right order they just paint over to make it seen new but is not. The rent keeps going up and the apartments stay the same. Sure the repairs are done but is all fast rush. To be honest with what ur paying here you can get a better place , to have a bigger gym or pool or a park for the kids. Also u only get one spot for parking and gotta pay for the 2nd one really, ???? That desperate they're for money... I just think the other recently reviews are just fake just to bump the numbers on yelp. If you dont believe me just ask anyone living here, there's a difference between doing and fake review than actually living in the apts.

I have lived here almost 4 years. The management has been amazing always with repairs etc. The current property manager Dolores is so friendly and accommodating. They have redone the pool since I moved in and done a lot of cosmetic changes which really make the property look nice. They have little playground too! The management really stays on top of normal issues that arise in high density apartment complexes and addresses concerns immediately.

Loved this property lived here for a few years. Fruit trees always producing, Property stays so clean, laundry room machines spotless! These townhomes have a great layout and no neighbors above. Pool is always well maintained & they have lots of events. A tutor comes once a week FREE to residents & the company gives $$$ off Rent for Good grades. Community is Small and friendly everyone looks out for each other overall an amazing experience in this HOME♥

The property has been growing so much. By getting renovations and having maintenance on top of requests show how much they care about the property. The current manager stays on top of residents requests and greets you so friendly.

Their customer service is outstanding, and the quality of their apartments is fantastic. They always go out in above and beyond to help tenant, leads, vendors etc. Grounds always kept well maintained.
