Great maintenance guy. Willing to work with you. There is no sound barrier and you can hear loud banging from neighbors just walking up their stairs. That and it is too pricey for location.(That is everywhere )!Good place to start. Safe place . Everyone that lives here is very respectful. I enjoy the privacy and no noise after 9 p.m. I hope the good people stay.

I heard this was a great place to live so after my divorce, I decided to move in with my kids. Little to no snow removal even after several complaints by multiple tenants. Units are not updated for the price and rent increases frequently. Some units have nyseg included in renr and others don't. Lacks amenities other local complexes have.

Changed owners last year and the new owners don’t take nearly as much care as the previous. Went without heat for several days in winter, several outstanding maintenance requests, overgrown landscaping and raised the rent without any improvements being made inside or out. Used to be a great place to live.

Love the location. Decent size apartments. Nice views. Linoleum floors could use some updating. Not so fond of the lamp post outside everyone’s bedroom window. It’s manageable, but during the hot summer nights when you turn your window unit on, it sucks up all the bugs attracted by the light outside
