Very nice construction of the modern houses. The only down side is that they need to update their location on the GPS system so they guide visitors to the actual gate. There are plenty more houses that are available to purchase and many still under construction. Price is reasonable with the modern design nothing in complaint along the lines.

The homes are built with cheap materials, yet they come with an unreasonably high price tag. Security is unprofessional and rude, making residents feel unsafe rather than protected. Property management is even worse—Melissa, in particular, has been the most unhelpful and unpleasant manager I’ve encountered. One of the biggest issues is the lack of proper location mapping—this community isn’t on Google or Apple Maps, so expect constant problems with deliveries.
