Botanica Cottages Apartments in Limerick

Love my apartment, the office and maintenance staff, and everything about living here. The clubhouse, exercise room and pool are beautiful. The grounds are lovely and well kept. They do an excellent job of handling the snow and ice during winter weather. Lots of community activities sponsored by the apt complex are offered. Maintenance-free living at its finest!!

I know people who have lived here and I have interacted with the staff and grounds keepers numerous times. The people in office are wonderful and very professional. Maintenance men always seem to be very busy, helpful and friendly. Definitely stop in and check this place out if you're in the market for an apartment!

We moved here 5 years ago and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Botanica. The on site management team are warm and friendly and truly care about the residents. Adam & Theron in maintenance are the best. We haven’t had any serious issues and any we have reported were addressed immediately with 100% satisfaction. Botanica isn’t your typical brick & mortar apartment complex. It’s a community of friendly people, living in townhouse-like homes with manicured grass and landscaping. Nothing around here comes close. 5 Stars!

Botanica Cottage Apartments are beautiful! I work for Golden Leash Pet Care LLC and we walk some residents dogs around the complex! The ladies at the leasing office were so helpful! CC and Katelyn were extremely helpful and welcoming!
