Botanic Miramar Beach Apartments

I am in the process of finding a place that is close to one of my daughter’s and her family. We went here today to have a tour and see if this meets all of my needs. I had spoke with Zhane Hooks on the phone to schedule an appointment and have a tour. We met with her today and she listened to my needs, my wants and the questions that my daughter was concerned about. I have a dog and in this area, it is difficult to check all the boxes and be content with the outcome. Zhane was more than accommodating at putting our minds at ease and helping me feel at home here. Wow, my mother and I went to the Botanic for a tour, all I can say is incredible!! Baylee at the leasing office was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. She made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, answering all our questions with such a great attitude and sense of humor. The property itself is just amazing — beautifully designed, very well maintained, and full of great amenities. What a pleasant experience touring the Botanic Miramar Beach Apartments with Zhane Hooks. I had viewed many apartment complexes and Botanic was my final stop, which meant I had a time constraint.
