The Barkan management does an amazing job updating the residents and tenants. HOA used effectively to manage the maintenance. Great service offered by the concierge. And the amenities are just phenomenal

Price-quality kind of high because of the high demand due to the business school that is right next to the building. Security guards are really friendly. It offers private gym, swimming pool,jacuzzi and also a personal trainer. Incredible views of Boston city from all windows of the apartment. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartments. Well isolated and inside the apartment heat and air conditioning control. Good for families and couples. Walking distance to the t trains and Boston city center.

Safe and secure. I was visiting a friend who had recenlty purchased a unit here. It has a great view of Boston and it's within throwing distance of the Museum of Science. You could run there in roughly one minute and 30 seconds. The only knock against it is that the valet took quite a while to bring the vehicle out.

The property manager is unprofessional and discriminates against emotional support animals. We were having an email conversation and once an ESA was mentioned I was ghosted by him. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice building with a great location and a lot of amenities. It is right next to Hult International Business School, hence you can see a lot of international students from time to time. The facade now looks a bit old fashioned.
