Customer Reviews
The fake 5-star reviews are hilarious. The laundry room is always disgusting and has developed a roach infestation so I can never sit in there to do laundry, which sucks because I live a couple of buildings down & have to walk up/down the street throughout the process. Dead rats are always surrounding the dumpsters and the terribly managed "dog park," which is full of feces and used by people outside of the community as their personal backyard for their pets. The hallways are always filthy. Whenever a crime occurs, we all get a vague email telling us that we need to lock our doors and windows and that "this message is not related to any recent incidents," lol. I moved here because it was reasonably priced at one point and very close to the hospital I work at, but I think they're getting
Stephanie Vasquez, helped me out a lot filling out the application for my apartment. She was very helpful and even helped set up my BGE. I had called them serval times and they were zero help, but Stephanie helped me out a lot.
As a resident for the 4 years I can honestly say this has been a pleasant stay. Honorable mention to the staff and maintenance men for promptly fixing any issue that has occurred!
A lot of obvious red flags initially, just ignored it because of the affordability and it being conveniently located to canton/downtown area . Took almost 3 years for them to repair security door. Had a leak in bathroom that leaked downstairs to neighbors apartment for almost 2 years that they just kept sending maintenance in to do patchwork before common sense kicked in and they finally scheduled contractor to take care the issue. My ac doesn’t cool my apartment past 83 degrees on summer days . When I bring it up to property manager I get an intelligence insulting nonchalant response everytime . Looks like a landfill at times at dumpster because they continue to allow people to illegally dump bulk trash there without consequence . Cameras that don’t work facing the dumpster surely helps .
. Do not waste your time or money moving in this place. Every month it’s new fees added on. If you are on a fixed income this is not the place for you. So not worth it.
