I loved my experience living there up until the 2 year mark. At that point, they realized they didn’t have sufficient parking for all of the residents so then they started towing all cars without a pass. Only one pass per unit. My girlfriends car got towed the second day they put this notice in at 3 AM. This complex is good to live at if you have no friends and don’t plan on having any visitors, cause if you do, just know your car will get towed and you’ll have to pay 200 dollars to get it back. Glad I moved out right after these changes. In terms of the actual unit, the kitchen definitely didn’t have enough drawer or cabinet space. The employee is friendly But parking is TERRIBLE I’m a new international student studying in this beautiful country and my car has been TOWED three times within a few months even though I park in MY apartment. I paid over $1600 for just one bedroom (including customer service fees). But the staff kept towing my car in silence without any warning. Last night April 16, 2024 was the third time my car was towed even though I had a parking permit. I know this place is seriously lacking in parking spaces, but don't try to tow resident's cars to solve the problem.

Parking is a revenue stream for the complex. $200 per violation. Apartment complex collects a portion of that according to towing company. Shady towing company, Auto One Towing is looking for any excuse to tow. Patrols lots day and night looking for any car without the cheap POS ID that can fall down from a mirror. Don’t know why the apartment needs your car and license info when you join because they won’t use any of that info for towing cars. Nothing you can do if tow company decides to pull your car.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it! It is so well maintained with seasonal landscaping, a very cool outdoor hang out spot with fire pit, grills, different levels so mutliple people can share the same spot. When I call for maintenance, Mike is there the next day, done... fixed. The Property Manager, Sydne, is so friendly. Feels like home.

I’ve been living here for half a year. The apartments are clean and well maintained and I haven’t had any issue with parking. Guest parking was also added recently, which is nice. I use the gym facility which is also clean and not usually too busy!!
