Extremely unprofessional experience with Boosalis Properties. Communication was unclear and disorganized, and I was repeatedly redirected without any meaningful follow-up. Basic questions about availability and ownership were met with confusion instead of transparency. For a commercial brokerage, I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect for a prospective tenant’s time. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that standard. I would not recommend Boosalis Properties to anyone looking for a serious or straightforward leasing process.
