Rick was patient, extremely knowledgeable, he worked with us for over a month, helped tremendously with the negotiation. The information he gave was 100% accurate. Buying from out of state, New York which is quite different, Rick gave us solid recommendations for an attorney and insurance. He made himself available more times then I can count to talk answer our questions over the 4 week negotiation and 4 weeks to close. He did the final walk through on our behalf, had a professional cleaning service go through the unit before our arrival. A few minor issues came up unrelated to the sale, he made himself available to help throughout our first few days including helping us move some furniture.
