Bonnet Court Apartments

My partner and I moved into Bonnet Court this summer and only have positive experiences to report regarding our stay here! Madi was incredibly helpful throughout the touring, application, and leasing process, and has continued with promptness and thoroughness in responding to any questions we have. Our maintenance requests, though few, have always been responded to with quickness and efficiency. The management team is incredibly communicative through email and text. Being based in a fairly busy area of the city, the apartment‘s location allows for easy access of most places but is still quiet and very comfortable.

Moved in this year and I love the apartment!! The inside is renovated and the staff is amazing. Anytime I put in a maintenance request someone comes as soon as possible me and always fixes my problems. The pest control and trash valet service is amazing as well. Will probably renew my lease since it is so nice and affordable.

Maintenance gets things done quick and effective! The front desk, Madison, is the absolute sweetest person and so understanding. They run a lot of promotions. The apartment isn't infested. The staff has a sense of humor. I love it.

We have been here for a year and a half now and have had a great experience. The staff has always been kind, helpful, and responsive and seem to genuinely care about their residents. All minor maintenance issues have been addressed extremely promptly by the team. Good location, clean, and quiet.

Applied to these apartments early June. They had a special for no application fee, but I paid the $75 so my application could go through thinking I could have it refunded. It is now August and have not received anything. I have called and spoke to multiple people only to be told they would call me back- they never have. I have emailed only to have gotten no response. I am very disappointed and glad that we did not choose to live here.
