This review is long overdue. We have been living in our new home for about 8 months now. I found our realtor Kelly Tully through Zillow. She just happened to be the person available to do showings. After she showed me the first house I decided I really liked her and we used her for the rest of the process. My husband and I are first-time home buyers with him being a little bit skeptical. Kelly put us at ease gave us all the information we needed and was there for us through the whole process. We looked at a total of three houses. Once we finally landed on one, Kelly worked tirelessly with a mortgage broker we chose. They were giving us a bit of a runaround on the paperwork but she handled it. This is a 10 star review. Joe, Karen and Gerry are the best people you will ever meet and I am so grateful and blessed we had them to walk us through the home buying process. Ours was not "text book" and they made the entire process easy. Their communication was superior and the service they provided went beyond all expectations. We will definitely recommend them to everyone and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Karen and Joe work so hard for their clients that you feel like a part of their family. We were looking at houses on our own and went to one Karen showed before we knew her. We loved her so much we knew then we wanted her to be our agent even though we didn’t put an offer in. Joe gives excellent advice and is a great sounding board if you have questions. So easy to talk to. After several months and several offers, they never once got frustrated or stopped helping us. When we finally had an offer accepted, they were just as excited as we were! These two are the best.
