Beth is hands down the absolute best agent I have ever worked with. She was an absolute joy. She responded to questions in a timely manner, she anticipated questions and needs and had a ready solution. She has been in the business for many years, and has relationships with service providers, such as house cleaners, handyman, contractors, and more. She was concerned about ME, not just selling my home. That of course was important, but every step of the way I felt that she saw me as a person not a source of income. The broker Beth Van is amazing, very knowledgeable, does excellent job and is MOST fair with her costs, does not,will not charge you for admin fees and nonsense ,other real estate companies do. She knows the law to the T, shes most honest too. Buying or selling, Bon Realty is the place to call.

Beth was a pleasure from start to finish. Selling our home had its challenges but Beth took extra care lining up everything we needed. She knew who to call and things got done fast! I wouldn’t buy with any other agent if given a choice. When the opportunity came to buy an Indiana property she guided us to another outstanding agent who could be of service and checked in often to make sure things were going well. She cares like no other and has been consistently outstanding through several purchases.

Beth is extremely knowledgeable and was absolutely wonderful to work with in the selling of our home. She was very helpful with purchasing our new home as she was honest and acted with integrity which ensured we were able to make a smart purchase.

The owner, Bonnie was very rude, and made the entire process very complicated. Her poor attitude scared off potential homebuyers, and she wouldn’t respond to my emails, texts, or calls for long periods of time. Overall, she made the entire process a hell for me. Avoid this so called “realtor” and joke of a business.
