Bolton House

Don't do it, why: dirty, stinky, drug infested, broken elevators, people hanging in front of the building with loud music. My friend finally moved out after landing a awesome and well paying job. RUN RUN RUN

I did a cleaning job here today and the front desk attendant let me walk in the building without stopping me and/or notifying me about the parking pass. Which resulted in my car being towed for a 40min job.

The worst. Roaches everywhere, nothing works. You have to wait years for simple things like closet door to be replaced. The only good thing about this building is the heavy doors and locks which are needed other wise the folks that’s been living here for 10 plus year will be in your taking what they want... (they know how to break in) also the public transportation and location are great but the building. Run!

Bolton House Apartments is a very nice place to live and the price is very good with all utilities included. It's close to downtown and Charles Street communities, 3 minute walk to the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall as well as residential parking. From some of the bad reviews I've seen, there's always some room for improvement, but I've been here with my two boys, one who has a disability and this place is the best place for him to live in comparison to other apartments that don't know the residents or tenants personally.

This apartment building is ridiculous. The rental office staff. They don’t take care of building maintenance or repairs. Elevators always down and etc. wouldn’t recommend at all
