If I could rate less than 0 stars I would; Leased a Bold property 3 years, had to pay a full month for a week and a half less than on move in no prorate, several leaks were found that we were told we'd be reimbursed for, it never happened, and while their maintenance was "fixing" the repeated issue their employees stole our tools and repair supplies, when black mold was brought to their attention they painted over it, when their employees "fixed" the gas heater we ended up with a leak for the entire winter months and it was like pulling teeth to get them out to repair the leak AFTER UGI had to send an official letter threatening to shut off our gas if it was not fixed. Worst company one could ever work with or rent through the house at signing was barely livable no carpets on any floors which you would think mehhh ok whatever but they never removed any of the staples that held the carpet to the floor. The agreement once renting at their apartments they say they can do an inspection once every 2 years they did 8 in 6 months and when we asked why they decided another one was warranted. The maintenance guys are non responsive or ever show up they put in two led light fixtures about the sink in the kitchen and in doing so used a 10” screw that went up and through the roof so now every time it rains or snows it’s raining and snowing inside. If I could rate this establishment one star, I would. The broker at this company is unprofessional and does not address concerns brought to his attention. His realtor, Chris Madara, had our listing for four months with very little activity, and all marketing efforts were initiated by me. When I wanted to remove him from the listing, he provided zero support (unresponsive to phone calls). Thankfully, another outstanding agent from KW, Michele McCartney, helped us navigate through this challenge and sold our house in six days, nearly $30K over asking! Do not list here!
