I can’t say enough good things about Kristen at Bold Real Estate in Wareham. I was selling my home in Brockton, and honestly, she made the whole thing so much easier than I expected. Kristen is an absolute pro. She has some awesome marketing techniques that really made my place stand out, and she’s so knowledgeable about the market. After our inspection, there were some things that needed fixing, and Kristen didn't just send a list... she actually went out of her way to schedule the contractors and was there for the repairs.
