Bold Property Management

Awful people, I continue to contact them and get ignored. The apartment was disgusting when we moved in and they want to milk you as much as they can for money. A $500 pet deposit and 2 down deposits is insane on a destroyed apartment and they will not try to work with you at all. You’re lucky if you get a message back, I’m at a point where I’m considering just getting a lawyer involved.

I hate this company. This is the 2nd property of theirs I was supposed to view. The 1st time there was absolutely no lockbox, the front door was opened and I absolutely was not going in. This time, there was a lockbox and ONE key. To get into the building, but not one for the apartment itself. Im glad they're showing me how they operate before I were to sign any lease.

The most awful and disgusting apartments. Had to be switched to a month to month lease 2 months after moving in because of the conditions the apartment was given to me in. The only reason they have as high of a rating as they do is because the property managers make fake reviews for themselves trashing tenants. If you like paying ridiculous rent prices for filthy roach infested apartments then bold might be right for you.

Despite Bold giving us a lease stating it was free of bugs we were given a roach infested apartment and the owner of bold’s response shows how little they care about their tenants. And that explains the terrible customer service from the employees in the office. This was the solution we were given from the owner after paying thousands of dollars in rent and having hundreds of dollars of things and food ruined due to the conditions of the apartment. Now two months later we already have to look for another place to live and uproot our family AGAIN.

I have Been communicating with Jess from the lebanon office and she has been so helpful as well as Taylor. They have been so helpful in every aspect. From what seemed like stupid questions from but they did not hesitate to answer and prove such an amazing customer service. Today I signed my lease! Thank you to them were so helpful. They should be the face of the company. Spoke with another person from Bold who was not as nice but thanks to Jess and Taylor they made the process smooth and easy!
