The team at Bokeh Development has been one of the most professional leasing companies I’ve leased with. I moved to Kansas August of 2021 from Florida for work and didn’t know much about the city of Wichita or the leasing companies that were within town. I stumbled upon Broadway AutoPark, an apartment complex leased by this company, and saw that they had an apartment for rent at that time! Emily was very responsive through the whole process providing useful information about the application process, virtual touring, and updates on the move in process. She made moving here easy and achievable. I have been living with Bokeh Development for a little over a year and have to say I love the company! Maintenance is quick to be scheduled, apartments are unique and some historic, and they locations

Staff is professional and helpful. They have a wide range of downtown living options. They listened to what we wanted and needed and helped us get settled in to the apartment that fit us best. Highly recommend reaching out to them if you're considering living in downtown Wichita.

Broadway Autopark at first seemed like it would be a great home for my husband Ben, and I. We loved the front door parking. We felt very secure. The other day, however, I came out to pry marks on my car door. I also started getting sick, alot, or not going away. My neighbor seemed to have moved overnight and I ran into him one day. He had moved do to the abundance of black mold. I checked our own apartment (more than a month after he had moved), and low and behold our apartment has lots of spots with black mold. There is absolutely no circulation in the apartment but yet it holds moisture like no other. Our doors daily have condensation built up (if it is cold enough outside our front door will freeze to the metal frame), the two sets of sliding doors both have moisture between the glass a

Some of the office staff are very unprofessional. This company manages Revolutsia (the shipping container mall on Central). If you have a problem with their properties, don’t bother trying to get help from the staff - particularly if you are disabled. They will act like trying to get help is the problem, not the fact that an elevator isn’t working. A side note - that office dog needs to be trained, leashed, or left at home. Letting the dog repeatedly run into a person using a cane is not okay.

We had a great experience with our two years living at Bokeh Development properties. Tamera worked with us and was always extremely communicative. Highly recommend!
