Sebastian was an absolute stud. He truly inspected our home as if it was his own. He was incredibly thorough and explained all of his findings to me with great attention to detail. When the sd card for the sewer scope video was having issues, he came back and did the scope all over again so we could have the video. 10/10 recommend.

I was not impressed at all with this inspection company. They missed several item on a recent inspection. When asked about it they said they don't keep up on the current building codes and are not required to. They missed several broken window seals, broken fence posts, dates on the furnace and water heater were not verified, no mention of carbon monoxide detectors, and several other things. You get what you pay for. looking back I should have paid the extra money and had AAD inspection perform the inspection. They know what they are doing. There is no way you can inspect a 3000 sq ft home in less than 2 hours. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !
