I have rented from Bohn Properties for nearly 10 years, and have no complaints whatsoever. They keep the rents reasonable and maintain their properties. Just recently, they upgraded the entire electrical system in my apartment. I recommend them wholeheartedly. (FYI, I would not still be living here if they were bad property managers).

Bohn property management has been great to work with. They are fair and they have always handled issues quickly and efficiently. I would definitely rent from them again in the future. Much better than the others in town. I highly recommend them for all your rental needs.

We rented from Bohn Properties for 5 years and they have been great! They fixed minor repairs quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Chelsie was our contact person throughout all 5 years, and she was very responsive and considerate.

I've been renting from Bohn Properties for over 9 years. There's always someone there to greet me when I go in to pay my rent, it's usually Chelsea. I like that she is so down to earth. I have a great experience with Bohn Properties for about 10 years now. Initially I rented from them, where they always treated me well, including helping me get into a new unit after the one I was renting was damaged in a fire. Todd Bohn was then my realtor when I bought my house, and since moving, Bohn Properties has managed that same house as a rental unit for me. They have been reliable in maintaining the property and I am confident in their screening process when it comes to tenets. The property is seldom a stress of mine because I know they are on top of their end.
