Been here almost 8yrs and my first office people was excellent with everything. To the second now on to the third they have done a fantastic job on keeping bradford to Beaumont coves up to the maintenance jobs. When tenants need work orders done they are on the spot. Ps Eric keep up the good

Great apartments you'll never regret renting here

ROACHES AND RATS!!! This place is disgusting. They try to play you on rent. We renewed our 3rd lease and it took them 2 months to put our paperwork in. They tried to make us pay month to month 900+. NOTHING OWNED BY THIS COMPANY IS WORTH $900+ A MONTH. Hella people who will come visit yntil 2 or 3 am but park in residential parking spots casuing people who PAY TO LIVE THERE to park in the street. People will park behind your car and block you in. They definitely cater to Hispanic people only.There's a fee to pay your rent online. they're always leaving early so ypu cannot drop off a money order in person.If you put your rent in their drop box they will act like they lost it and charge ypu a late fee. Do yourself a favor and skip this apartment complex. 0/10 broken glass from beer bottles.
