Bob is a fantastic realtor, he really knows what he's doing. He's not a typical salesman-type of realtor that just wants commission. From the beginning, he is truly invested in helping you find the right house for you. As a first-time home buyer, my partner and I didn't have much knowledge of the process. Bob walked us through literally everything. He explained in detail every line item on the disclosures, he would point out good or not good things about a house you were viewing, he went through in detail every line item of the offer.
