Bob Meyer Communities

This builder does not take into consideration the town he builds in, the neighborhood or the surrounding neighbors. He is building a huge titanic of a building on 28th street in Barnegat Light that no one knows how he got through the zoning board. It takes away from the quaintness of a nice small town that use to look out for its residents. No one would like a building like this built next to them and I hope they ban this builder from Barnegat Light. This is an eyesore to our street and the builder should have known better instead of having a fire lane waived so he could profit. Attached are the photos that show this builder does not care about the the neighbors, the buyers or the community.

Given Bob Meyer Communities established reputation in South Jersey, once they begin development in the Mullica Hill area where we were looking to move, there was no doubt that we would use them to build our new home. Just finished building a home in Wyngate and the entire experience was very professional and first rate - sales, selections, building and landscaping. I have owned several houses but never built one. Coordination with all contractors for electric, flooring, surfaces, appliances, closets/office built-ins, painting, window treatments, etc. was easy and all work was completed on time, on budget and in accordance with specifications. The people were amazing. It feels like a big family and now I am part of it. I love my new house and cannot wait to take full advantage of the easy life style and all the things Wyngate has to offer.

I am currently a renter of one of their first apartment complexes and I am very satisfied with their service. I have mainly dealt with Kohl Myer and he has been great and very attentive every step of the way from my initial call while the place was still being built to today. Everyone else at the company I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been super professional and extremely nice. As far as the property goes I could not be happier, the construction is top notch and there were virtually no issues upon move in. As far as the tiny little settling pains of the building Kohl and crew were always available when I called and were prompt in service when dealing with the issue. I am very disappointed in the way I am being treated after spending over 500,000 dollars on a home that started in the low 3’s. They want to patch up problems instead of fixing them the right way. In frustration I left a voicemail for Bob Meyer and have not gotten any response.
