Boat House Apartments

This place is the worst!! I can’t count how many times my water is off . Like now. There’s no water. Can’t get ahold of anyone in maintenance. The walls are super thin. You can hear everything. Most of the apartments have busted and boarded up windows. Infestations and more. Do Not move here!

Do NOT LIVE here.. they have a million issues. EVERYONE is moving out and filing lawsuits. They are keeping people’s deposits.. they are INFESTED with roaches and I will post them and I’m also making a Facebook page dedicated to boathouse. From the month I moved in my roof was leaking .. the downstairs toilet flooded 3 days out of the week.. the maintence team speaks no English so communication was a disaster . I made atleast 87 request in the matter of 12 month living in this roach infested disaster from roaches. A bee nest was in my house the floors are not even the balcony is always off the sliding thing. The stairs are breaking apart . My roof CAVED IN on month 9 and if I didn’t get the health department involved they wouldn’t have did anything either. Alsooo I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS

I really enjoyed my time living at this apartment complex! I absolutely loved my studio apartment — it was beautiful on the inside and had a great view. The exterior was nice as well, and overall, it was a peaceful place to live. While I did have to leave due to a few minor issues, the management was very understanding and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate how they worked with me. It was a good experience, and I’m grateful for the time I spent there! Only experience that has been super disappointing is i moved out in April and still have not received my deposit back . I didn’t have a cent to my name to give a deposit and first months rent and get the run around with seeing when i will get my deposit back

This place is not only disgusting, but also very disrespectful. Look at the grass, the pool, and the common areas. It’s disgusting, and they do nothing. The grass will continue to grow and they don’t send a company to take care of it. There is also trash everywhere. The residents here are paying to get this. And don’t even get me started with the apartment maintenance. The water heater stops working, the air conditioner, and so on. It’s exhausting, and the do not care.

I live there the entrance of my apartment doesn't have light in the night is a headache to get my keys open door. Trash all around the front area of the apartment complex poop of cats. They dont clean or check the areas grass dont cut well. I just want my contract finish to get out. Is horrible living there. My apartment is all destroyed the top of sealing dishwasher old dont work bathrooms destroy is a mess.
