I recently had the pleasure of meeting Boardwalk Reality agent Scott Sandlin when I expressed an interest in a real estate purchase at Ocean Club Condominium. He came to me highly recommended by a friend who was, and remains Scott’s client. Scott was knowledgeable, and openly honest about every condominum unit he showed me. When he didn’t know an answer he found it. And when at first, I could not settle on a unit to buy he continued a diligent real estate search for me and stayed in communication regularly. The result is my recent purchase made at Ocean Club Condominum thanks to Scott’s hard work. I am grateful!

We recently sold our Ocean club condo through Boardwalk Realty. Scott Sandlin was our Sales Agent. Scott did an amazing job throughout the entire process. Dealing with him was seamless. Be very careful. Scott Sandlin is one deceptive individual. He lied multiple times and made several false claims. That “water stain” in the ceiling he said was fixed and just needed a little paint? Nope, it turned out to be real structural damage. He also tried sneaking in a hidden fee at signing, even after confirming all fees and additional charges. And that’s just the simple stuff. At the end of the day, they’re just middlemen. If you end up finding a place through them, make sure you are very careful with the paperwork and all concerns. They cannot be trusted.

Lauren is exceptional in ever way! She is knowledgeable, diligent and kind all at the same time! Such a delight working with her, and her team!
