Boardwalk Lofts

I have lived here since January 2025. The application process was very easy, the staff is very friendly, and they have always been attentive. I had to renew my lease and, after going through some difficult personal circumstances, they helped me tremendously in making the best decision and staying in this community. Living here truly feels very safe. The amenities are fantastic: the grills are always clean, the pool area is phenomenal, and the gym works perfectly. I love living here. I would rate the management of this community a 10/10 in terms of help and attentiveness. I’d like to remain anonymous but I am writing this review for 122 Lakeview Way (Boardwalk Lofts) and we both know it based on the context shared with the recent management changes. Living here has been frustrating mostly because of inconsistent management and poor build quality. The walls and floors are extremely thin, so you can hear neighbors walking and just going about normal life. I regularly have to wear earplugs at night to fall asleep. The issue is not people being loud. It is just that the sound carries way too easily between units. What makes it worse is how management has chosen to respond. I was impressed with the Boardwalk Lofts. It checked all my boxes. The complex was well manicured, and the amenities were in good order. The manager was friendly and attentive. I mainly worked with the assistant manager Simone. She was professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She made my apartment leasing experience enjoyable. The staff at Boardwalk Lofts were excellent.

I lived here for almost two years and it was a mistake from day one. Paid $3200 for a 3 bedroom (more than most houses) They false advertise about having security and police which the security does absolutely nothing if anything chills with the people that stay after hours at the pool and lets them do whatever, bring whoever and however many people that they want, and here is some pictures from my balcony right before I moved after Memorial Day! There’s been a shooting here, and an armed robbery on the 4th floor which most neighbors say is its “own world” up there. Management isn’t the greatest and has switched a few times already. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place nor the headache of dealing with the new management that’s super rude.

The saff here are really nice, maintenance people come and clean every Monday, pool is always clean
