BNI realty is the only real-estate company I would want to work with. Masoud Jame was very professional and trustworthy he helped me buy a house, which I’m very great full, he went above and behind to close the deal. I can not write enough good things about him. BNI realty has the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I purchased a home from Jame Masoud, and he completely lied on the listing. He claimed a home was perfectly renovated, but it was virtually unfit to live in - the city found multiple code violations. He did not provide any assistance in trying to get in contact with the renovator. I highly recommend avoiding any listing that Jame is on, and if he represents the company, I'd avoid the whole group.

Jame Masoud of this company sold me a home in 2020 under fraudulent circumstances and took no responsibility for his actions, costing me a huge amount of money. The man falsely claimed the home was expertly renovated - in reality, it was redone without city permits in a manner unfit to live in, breaking multiple city codes. Jame also attempted to stonewall my attempts to find a contractor to rectify this situation, and outright lied multiple times in the listing. If BNI stands by him as a realtor, I’d be ashamed to be affiliated with this company. Please reach out to me if you’d like to hear more about his business practices.
