They will come half the time with no notice to apts rather you home or not. I know because my top lock i never lock. I've been at this bldg since 2023 December and I left and September 2025 to be a home owner. it has been the last 9 to 10 months this year very horrible has the owner has refused to enforce nasty tenants to leave with noise, odor, infestation, and has not returned my security deposit. as I waited i left the apartment cleaned and no damages always paid on time lawsuit is coming

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! BMR doesn’t fix issues, they just paint over them! I feel so badly for the owners of the house I rent, BMR is letting it mold from the inside out and just paints over the evidence!!

Ignored me for months and months while my ceiling leaked and mold developed and I had to spend over $1,000 in bills for the asthma that resulted in both myself and my pet. I emailed constantly, sent them videos of the leak, and all I got was a grumpy maintenance guy who sprayed the mold over and just never cleaned it up after. The ceiling was falling apart into the shower and it made my bathroom unusable for months because of the intense odor from the mold spray and the inconsistent raining of both water and pieces of ceiling. From the many interactions and how they acted towards this issue, we know it was because they didn't want to spend the money. My pet and I no longer have any asthma symptoms since the new management company actually made someone HELP US.

This is the worst property management company I have ever experienced. They took over a property for another management company. The owner rudely called me on the sixth of the first month claiming rent I paid on time was late. Then, I decided to move out of the property and provided them with sufficient notice via email and certified letter in accordance to our agreement. Although BMR responded via email and acknowledged receipt of my notice, they claim to not have received it. The certified letter was sent back unclaimed naturally. Finally, BMR kept my security deposit and charged me with an extra month’s rent while they had full access to the property completing necessary repairs to move in a new tenant on the first of the very next month. Unbelievable how unprofessional Bert was to my girlfriend who is a resident. Attempting to scold her like a child instead of as an adult. Condescending and disrespectful at every turn. Responses to inquiries for maintenance needed often go unanswered until multiple attempts and requests. Uncertified “professionals” to perform maintenance or repairs show up unannounced at strange hours not reflecting business practices and against state/ city codes. Helen Keller herself would have made a better repair… the first time.
