BMO Bank N.A Branches

My boss and I came to this bank to establish a new business account last year after enduring a complete nightmare at another bank. BMO was able to accommodate us with no issue, and made the whole experience a breeze. We are so happy with the service we receive here. Everyone has been great and Iwona, who helped us at the beginning, is just the best!!! Thank you!!!

I just received my statement in the mail and the envelope was never sealed leaving all my personal information exposed. Our mail has been delivered to a wrong address on multiple occasions over the years so this is something that really has me worried about the exposure. I would think that BMO would be especially careful with such mailings. I am not happy with your service.

We have a business account with this bank since 2019 and the service we get is simply atrocious. We have so many incidents over the last five years and this latest incident is what broke the camel's back. Over the weekend, our Sunday school had a registration event and we were expecting the payments to be made through Zelle but after a few transactions, the bank started to block our payments. We couldn't do anything as it was Sunday and we resorted to use our Square credit card machine and Paypal which incurs a fee,. When we tried to work with customer service center and then at the branch today, they simply had no clue what the problem was and the three ladies at the branch (Theresa, Nicole and Branch Mgr Ivana) along with a customer service supervisor over the phone could not resolve my
