BMO Bank N.A Branches

Worst experience i have ever had with a bank. I should have gone to my other bank, Wells Fargo. We were attempting to take out a home equity loan. They would ask for information a bit at at time. Instead of saying we need all these documents, it would be this one, then a day later another one and so on. This went on for a month. Then I was added to the loan request because we wanted a bit more. They send a guy over for house appraisal and he drives to our house, takes 2 pics and is off by $50,000. We requested a "real" appraisal and this guy got it right, but actually missed one of.our fireplaces, but ok, whatever. When they added myself, they pulled ANOTHER hard credit on my husband this sent his credit score to hell. They said they wouldn't, i mean why would you, but they did. In the me

The branch manager, William, is absolutely atrocious. He has no idea what he is doing or talking about. I love BMO, and have been with them for 10 years. But he puts a bed rep. to the name. I don’t know how he got a position as manager, blows my mind.

Went into the bank to open a simple checking account. Not a single car/customer there when I arrived. Thought great this wont take long. Teller contacts a lady in the back, who I can clearly hear. Tell her no no one really has time, tell her to schedule or is she here? Tells her I'm here so she says tell her it will be $25 fee to put the money into the new account, does she have that with her her today? In a really snotty tone. Yeah lady I have over 2k I was gonna start the account with but I'm not giving you money to take my money. This is why I haven't banked here to date. Always rude, unhelpful, stick up their butts.

As an extremely loyal customer of BMO Harris for almost 40 yrs (was called M and I(Marshal and Isley) before that was called Great American )I must say that I am thoroughly disgusted with BMO HARRIS BANK for many reasons. First and foremost,they have done absolutely nothing to keep me as a customer. No perks whatsoever. All the people,I was familiar with have quit,leaving not only brand new faces,but inexperienced as well. A few weeks ago,I had brought in my collected change,and in rolls. The woman in the drive thru clearly did NOT want to deal with me. She handed me back the rolls and said,they were not filled correctly,and some had too many coins. She was rather rude to me regarding her demeanor,not to mention ,it took her forever to come to the window,and furthermore,there were 3 more t

At 1st, we had some misunderstandings due to some issues with the fraud department....but I NEED to say this, the bank manager at the location will fight for her customers & do everything in her power to correct any issues.
