None of anyone business what is happening on my property. It should not bother anyone if I cut my lawn or not. What is the point of buying a property if you cannot do whatever you want and get emails from them saying cut the grass or we will charge you next time?
Have lived here 7-8 months and there has yet to be a light in front of the neighborhood. They had XMAS lights on so I know there's electricity. However is now back to being porch dark. There's no surrounding street lights so it's easy to miss the entrance.
This is a newer development by Signorelli with multiple builders. Prices start in the mid $200,000
