If I could give this brokerage zero stars I would. I've been in real estate (have my license) for 20 years and I have never met a more unprofessional broker in all of my life. I rented a hotel room from the Saltwater Suites in Surf City which Blue Star Real Estate unfortunately manages (is the property management company for the resort). I had a 'service animal' in my room which by law is allowed in every state in the country via the Americans With Disabilities Act (federal law). I woke up the day after check out to find a notification that Blue Star Realty decided to charge me $500 for having a dog in the room. If you research the Americans With Disabilities Act there are two requirements for a service animal when staying at a hotel or AirBnb. They are: (1) Is the dog a service animal req
