Blueprint Home Inspection

We recently moved from out of state and were trying to move quickly on purchasing a house. We appreciated his prompt response in scheduling and completing the inspection. This is our fourth home, so we’re familiar with the inspection process. However, I have to say we were quite disappointed with the quality of this inspection. We went ahead and purchased the home he inspected but now feel that several significant red flags were overlooked. When we met Lee at the property to review the inspection verbally, the conversation was very brief. He mentioned “a few loose toilets, some GFCI outlets are needed, water in the crawlspace, and the attic could use more insulation,” but nothing about the settling cracks on the exterior or interior walls—issues so severe that one of the doors doesn’t eve
