Blueprint built my new home in 2019. My husband had passed away and Michael helped me in so many ways to make the construction process as easy for me as possible. I really appreciated that and the fact that he and his team built me a beautiful home and were very professional. His employees on the construction site and in the office were all just great! If I were to do it again I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute with this company.

Michael is my brother and I didn’t realize how talented he was until he built our home. When we started the process he knew I didn’t want to pick out every little detail about our home (lights, dimensions, doors etc). We gave him liberty to run with his ideas (with our style in mind) and he didn’t fail us at all. He has an eye for detail. He can see the big picture. He has your best interest in mind. He wants you to be happy with the results; afterall, as he says “you are the one who will be living there”. He is open to suggestions and willing to change something that was in the original plan. Michael suggested a building lot and positioned the house perfectly to bring the nature around us indoors. He was great to work with to talk through ideas and make our home uniquely ours. His staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. It was so much fun building with Blueprint! Highly Recommend!

Blueprint construction is a great local business that has always been there when I needed them. On time, on budget and very professional. I have had small repairs ranging from leaky plumbing all the way to them doing a complete restoration of my basement after a water line burst. Every project they have been part of has been completed to a high standard. When the owner comes by and does his inspection of there is something not done to his standard (which is often higher than mine) he instructs his team on what adjustments need to be done. Hands down the best team I have dealt with and they will have my business from now on.
