Blue House Companies should be a last resort when looking for apartments. When I call them I can never get into contact with the manager. They always say they will put my issue as a "priority" for management and it still takes weeks/months to get my issue resolved. The amount of times that I contact them for the same issue is ridiculous. They charge late fees before the NYS Mandated grace period is over, and they took a "non-refundable" deposit which is also unlawful in NYS. They take their time to fix issues no matter the circumstances. I contacted them for months to get a broken window fixed that I was told would be fixed before we moved in. It got so cold in the winter that my heat had to stay on high all day long. During the colder months my light bill was insane because of this broken

I have been very pleasantly surprised with everyone who works here. Logan especially. He was very helpful when my family moved in. More importantly, he was very honest and realistic about the timeline of some of the things that needed to be fixed. He worked with me and we were able to resolve issues quickly, which made my wife very happy. It is easy to be forgotten when a company has many clients, but I have never felt that way (unlike other companies I have worked with in the past). Thanks for everything Logan!

Blue House Companies LLC is a fantastic company to work with! The whole team is professional, responsive, and really knows their stuff. Logan deserves a special shout-out—he’s smart, hardworking, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right. Plus, he’s a genuinely great guy (and, honestly, a very handsome one too). Highly recommend Blue House Companies LLC if you’re looking for a team that combines professionalism with a personal touch.

Wish I read the reviews before, then I wouldn't have to deal with untimely manner for maintenance services, harassment and down deposit that was never received, returned, now cashed. Please people, stay away at all cost.

Terrible company. If I could I would give them no stars. They took over Pheasant Run apartments in Voorheesville, NY and then raised your rent or non-renewed your lease. I got that latter for calling code enforcement on the owners for never repairing anything. So i moved out before the end of my lease. Never got my deposit back. They( meaning Mario and Jordan employees of your company) told me that the landlords hold it, and I could contact them. We'll that would be fine but their number is disconnected. I have asked multiple times for contact info and never received an answer. Since you run the company I feel that it is your responsibility to get me my deposit back since you sent me the letter of nonrenewal.
