Bluegrass Meadows New Homes in Mt. Washington by Fischer Homes

We have been in Bluegrass Meadows since July and we have no street lights in our area. It’s now November getting dark earlier and this section is still in the dark. I have contacted Fischer Homes numerous times and I have been told we are working on it. They don’t care about the issue because they don’t live here. I have daughters and this place isn’t safe for them or anyone that encounters this darkness. I have dealt with many issues from day 1. If I could do this all over again I would not have chosen this house. They sold me a false dream they said that the back yard would be cleaned up and looking good it’s been a mess since I have been here. It’s been one issue after another flooring, garage, doors, carpet and painting is terrible.

A nice new development. We liked the floor plan of the Magnolia by Fischer. A bit too rural for our taste. The lots were also too small and there was no natural gas available.

He always gets the job done even though his plate is aways full. He has been amazing to work with! It is preferred that an appointment is made. There is a model home but to be assured that you have enough time to go through all the information necessary, make that appointment! The model we looked at was gorgeous and had a spacious basement. Prices are really affordable and the neighborhood has a community center which includes a pool for neighborly socializing. We loved the neighborhood and the realtors. They were simply wonderful folks. We are just waiting for Kamala to offer incentives and grants. This is where we really want to live! This place is all about the money, we did do a few upgrades to our Denali home but everything else installed was below standard material. Material that you can get from a discount outlet. We noticed as time went by and things started falling apart. We were told the pool would be completed by April with our $500 a year HOA fee and that construction has come to a complete halt to work on move in ready homes . What about the families that already leave here with children and we’re expecting to be swimming this summer in the heat?
