I bought my brand new build in 2020 and it is falling apart. Mungo are the worst builders and only have a one year warranty on the house so they skirt by on everything. One of my bathtubs is falling through the ceiling, another bathtub did not have the proper supports under it, and I had to replace that, the dirt under my foundation did not hold up and I can crawl under my house, the flooring is coming up, some rooms don’t get any heating or air conditioner. Do not ever ever ever buy a home from these builders.
Homes have 8 foot ceilings on the first floor. If I can touch with my hands, my tall furniture will probably not fit. Who is building homes like this anymore? Feels very cheap. The website needs to be updated immediately after a sale. None if the homes available now are worth the prices listed. Plain interiors, same color LVP in each one. Did you only buy this color? Need more homes for multi-generational families. Think Lennar homes, look at Verrado, Arizona for more ideas. Agent on duty had no underwear on, thought that was very unprofessional.

Well now its starting to turn into the slums, rentals all through the neighborhood, dog park fence has been messed up for months due to thieves of the night running through it, let's not talk about the pool, our pool is run by teens, mjs refuses to help with issues of non residents jumping over short fence, our pool looks like its 10 plus years old. Ask to spend a Saturday evening here and you will look elsewhere. They are building on to Bluefield which means more people and the same size pool which was not in the previous plans. Also the decor wood Fencing around the neighborhood has been falling apart for months now. This neighborhood will devalue your home, so many homes sitting for sale now and not moving...
WOW is this place huge! Many VERY nice BRAND NEW homes AVAILABLE! Me myself wouldn't live there only because if I'm going to pay for a brand new house I'm gonna want at least a little privacy, these homes are literately 5 ft from one another
