I must say Jenifer is very nice. Guild mortgage people are great. But we rushed and found a new home 15 minutes away.These are Decent for what they build. We lost our 5,000. Our mistake. All I can say is don’t rush your purchase like we did. Wait and shop around. Get what you want and wait to find it.

I love the townhomes! They are the largest I have ever seen! Quality homes after seeing them under construction, knowing there is a block wall between them on the second floor is great, so I won't hear my neighbors.
