The rental property was a disaster when my daughter moved in (even had a raccoon living there)! After another parent demanded action, they cleaned it up some. Upon moving out, we made sure it was completely clean despite how it was left for us. However, still charged a cleaning fee and security deposit was taken to pay someone else’s rent. Hard to teach your child to do the right thing when companies like this behave this way.

If I could give no stars I would. I don’t understand the purpose of signing a lease only for the landlord to violate the terms. There were multiple instances Amy the property manager did not give me any notice and simply brought prospective renters to my apartment again without warning or notice. Her reasoning and I quote “ I know I didn’t tell you but your apartment is just so clean all the time I figured you wouldn’t mind”. In addition, when I did not receive the full amount of my security deposit back I inquired why. I cleaned the apartment entirely before I left and I was not a smoker so there were no damages to the walls or smell. Amy informed me that they had used my deposit to hire a professional cleaning crew. When I asked why this was not specified or stated explicitly in my lease

Ms. Lemley made it a horrible experience. You can also see she gave a 5 star review in this thread. Not credible.
