The owner Lynn is very kind. My family and I were considering a move to the mountains from out of state. So I went up there on holiday with my family and 4 month old baby. I was working with Beth who was so efficient and pleasant over the phone. When I walked into the office there was no Beth up front. In fact she was hidden in the back. I never did get to see Beth because the woman in front took over without so much as a word regarding who I'd spoken with. This woman was possibly the rudest person I've ever met! I wasn't there five minutes and she assumed my infant was left alone in the car!! That made me so mad. So then I had explained my mother is a California real estate agent and had put a package together from the CA association of realtors, and she refused to accept it and was forci
