We had a great experience renting a home from Blue Sierra Realty. We had to set up everything from out of state but they made it easy and painless for us, and were flexible to meet our needs. The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations, and we still talk about how much we loved living there! Maintenance requests were responded to quickly but hardly needed as the property was very well maintained. Felt that we were treated like valued clients rather than simply tenants and I really appreciate that level of customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality rental in the Reno area.

The furnishings were new, nice, comfortable, welcoming, and came with everything we needed and more! Our house and everything we owned burned to the ground in a fast-moving wildfire on September 7, 2024. Three days later our insurance and Blue Sierra Realty arranged for us to move in to a fully furnished single level house with a fenced backyard for our two senior dogs.
