Blue River Apartments

This is a lovely apartment for me. The management is kind and very fast to fix anything. The new manager is more practical regarding parking issues. We are given notice about inspections, so we can make things presentable. Everyone is friendly, even if you don't know their names. (Or their language.) The location is great! The price is based on a State regulated rental price. It also takes Section 8. The only problem might be a long waiting list for a place this nice in this expensive location. But, inquire, anyway, as things can change.

Everything is great. Management and maintenance are both fantastic. Stuff gets done when it needs to be done. Two thumbs up

Ive been living here for 10 years, and i love it! Good price for apartments and whenever i need help and have an issue and i ask for help from the main office they always help. Best apartments in Summit.
